We started MycelProtein because we got tired of the trade-off.

You know the one: protein snacks that are either healthy but taste like cardboard, or taste good but make you feel guilty about what’s in them. Why do we have to choose?

Then we discovered mycelium protein – the root structure of fungi. Complete protein with all nine essential amino acids. Easy on digestion. Grows with minimal water and no deforestation.
